Booking checklist
Yes! I LOVE traveling, and getting to know new little hometowns, as I often see for wedding bookings.
For Traveling, I charge the Price of whatever regular session you’re booking, plus the cost of travel (airplane fare/gas), and $15/hr for total time spent getting to and from the destination!
I try to keep this as affordable as possible, and one way I do that is by only including the hourly rate for time spent ON the plane or time spent actually DRIVING to your location.
You will never be charged for food or for time spent relaxing or sleeping in my hotel room.
I love a good deal myself, so I try to include a variety of discounts, often I the form of:
- Grievance Accommodations for Funeral and Hospital Farewell Coverage
- Military + Healthcare + Teachers get 15% off at time of booking
- Bookings 3+ months in advance get 10% off!
-High school Seniors with proof of NSLP eligibility get 50% discount
- Referrals/multiple sessions booked at same time get 10% off EACH
- Holiday and Giveaway Events

I offer a payment plan in advance leading up to wedding packages and travel sessions. Payments can be made up to 6 months in advance leading up to session.
Here’s my policy:
50% of total due 48 hours before session, 100% due before photos are returned
50% refund of amount paid until 48 hours before session
25% refund of amount paid until 24 hours before session
It depends, I am usually booked out about 2 weeks, but sometimes have a few sporadic slots open earlier.
*For Funerals and farewell sessions in home or hospital, I have times reserved to allow for last minute bookings.

I always consider each personal comfort level, personality, and their passions in life when working with clients. I have a wide range of prompts/cues for “poses” (movements) that help to cue a natural and easy expression, as well as a photo that doesn’t feel posed, while still helping you feel confident!
I will NEVER use any client’s photos for any reason without written permission from them.
For clients who are comfortable sharing their photos with me and future clients, they are only used for
- Marketing
- website design
- Examples of final outcome from prompts/cues and props!
